What you need to run it
- A Windows 10 or 11 computer with Chrome or Edge (Edge is already on every Windows PC)
- No internet connection needed for the daily work
- A printer for receipts - a normal A4 printer or a thermal receipt printer
- The recovery man’s Android phone, if you want the round in his pocket
Worth knowing before you buy
- The licence covers one shop. A second shop needs its own licence.
- The data lives on the shop’s computer. Take the backup to a USB or Drive - the app reminds you, but it cannot do it for you.
- The screens are in English. Receipts and the agreement print in Urdu or English.
- Cloud sync between counters, phones and branches is optional and needs internet. Nothing else does.
- The app records every visit on the round, including the ones where nothing was collected. That is the point of it.

Common questions
How much does it cost?
One payment for one shop - no monthly charge and no yearly charge. Installation at our office, training for your counter man and your recovery man, and the first month of support are included. Prices move with the rupee, so call or WhatsApp 0321-2121262 and you will have today’s figure in a minute.
Can I see it working before I buy?
Yes. We demo the system on your own item list, either at your shop or remotely over AnyDesk. The demo is free.
Does it work without internet?
Yes. Everything runs on the shop’s own computer and the data stays there. Internet is only needed if you want cloud sync between the counter, the recovery man’s phone and a second branch, or to send a receipt on WhatsApp.
Will you set it up and train my staff?
Yes. Installation, entering your opening stock and on-site staff training are part of what we do - not an extra service you chase later.
What about support afterwards?
Call or WhatsApp 0321-2121262. For customers in and around Wazirabad we come to the shop when it needs hands on the machine.
Can my recovery man use it on his phone?
Yes. Install it on his phone from the same shop and he gets My Route: today’s list grouped by mohalla, the last visit and what was promised, and a receipt he can print or send on WhatsApp the moment he takes the money.
Does it keep the IMEI of each phone?
Yes - each handset is tracked as its own piece by IMEI or serial, marked PTA approved or not, chosen at the counter and printed on the receipt. You can search any IMEI later and see who bought it and what he still owes.
Can I set my own markup and number of months?
Yes. Markup in percent or in rupees, any advance, any number of months, and the monthly figure recalculates as you type. The quotation shows the same phone on 3, 6, 9, 12, 18 and 24 months so the customer can choose in front of you.
What about a guarantor?
Name, father’s name, CNIC, mobile and address for up to two guarantors, with photos of the CNIC and of the buyer attached to the account and printed on the agreement.
Does it handle plain udhaar as well?
Yes. The same cart takes cash, credit (udhaar) or installments. Udhaar is tracked and chased in the recovery list exactly like an instalment.
What happens if the computer breaks?
Take the backup - one button, one file - onto a USB or Drive. On a new computer you install the app, restore the backup, and ask us for a new activation code because the Device ID changes. You are back in about ten minutes.
Can I try it before I buy?
Yes - the free demo runs for 15 days with the complete app and your own stock in it, on your own PC. Nothing is cut out, and nothing you enter is lost when you activate.
