What you need to run it

Worth knowing before you buy
- The licence covers one computer and one user. A second computer or a second staff login is priced separately.
- All your data sits on your own computer. We show you how to back it up - please do it weekly.
- The screens are in English. The invoice and both agreements print in Urdu or English.
- Cars you list from other dealers keep the source hidden from the customer, but it is stored for you.
How we deliver it
Common questions
How much does it cost?
One payment, for one computer and one user - no monthly or yearly fee. Installation, your showroom name and terms on the paperwork, staff accounts and training are included. Extra computers, extra users and branch sync are priced separately. Call or WhatsApp for today’s price.
Can I see it working before I buy?
Yes. We demo the system on your own item list, either at your shop or remotely over AnyDesk. The demo is free.
Does it work without internet?
Yes. It runs on the showroom computer with no connection at all. Internet is only needed if you want phones in the yard on the same system, or two branches kept in step.
Will you set it up and train my staff?
Yes. Installation, entering your opening stock and on-site staff training are part of what we do - not an extra service you chase later.
What about support afterwards?
Call or WhatsApp 0321-2121262. For customers in and around Wazirabad we come to the shop when it needs hands on the machine.
Will my salesman see what I paid for a car?
No. A salesman account never sees cost or margin - not on the car page, not in search, not on a window card, not in a report. It is enforced by the system, not by a setting somebody can switch off.
Does the other dealer’s commission print on the invoice?
Never. When a car sells through another dealer his cut is recorded for your books only. It appears on no invoice and no agreement.
Can it print in Urdu?
Yes - the invoice, the purchase agreement and the sale agreement all print in proper Urdu, with the amount written out in words. The screens themselves are in English.
What happens if the computer breaks?
Take a backup - one button, one file - and keep it on a USB or in Drive. On a new computer the system is back with all your cars, buyers and sales in about ten minutes.
What do I need to run it?
A Windows computer from the last ten years and an A4 printer. Phones are optional: any Android or iPhone on the showroom Wi-Fi, opened from Chrome.
Can I try it on my own computer first?
Yes - take the 15 day demo from the Downloads page on this site. It is the complete system with PHP inside it, so there is nothing to install: unzip it, double-click START, and put your own cars in. After 15 days it asks for a key and nothing you entered is lost.
Can I see it without downloading anything?
Yes - car.iposwzd.com opens the system in your browser with a demo showroom that is yours alone. Add a car, sell it, print an invoice; it is cleared a few hours later and nobody else sees what you did.
